Baked Brie in Puff Pastry with Boozy Cherries

INGREDIENTS

1 brie round

1 sheet puff pastry

1/2 cup In the Curious Kitchen Boozy Cherries


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Unwrap puff pastry and place it on a flour dusted work surface. Roll out the puff pastry using a rolling pin into a rough 11-inch square.

  3. Place brie round into center of puff pasty. Top the brie round with Boozy Cherries, leaving behind majority of cherry syrup.

  4. Fold in the corners of the puff pastry into the center of the brie round.

  5. Place the wrapped brie in a pie dish or baking sheet. Brush pastry all over with beaten egg.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden-brown.

  7. Garnish with more Boozy Cherries. Serve with crackers of choice and enjoy!
