What makes this drink unique is the bourbon compote.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Blueberry Compote
2 ounces Old Forster 86 proof bourbon
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Place Blueberry Compote in bottom of high ball glass, fill glass with ice.
- In a cocktail pitcher add bourbon, lemon and lime juice add ice, stir to combine. Strain bourbon mix into glass.
- Garnish with slice of lemon, lime, several blueberries and a sprig of mint.
