Shipping policy

We know that you're eagerly anticipating your shipment so we process all orders within 3-5 business days.

Orders of $50 or more ship free, excluding cheese.

Our cheeses ship UPS 2nd Day Air in an insulated box with frozen gel packs, so they arrive cold and fresh. Cheese has its own shipping charge and doesn’t count toward the $50 minimum. Cheese shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. To keep everything fresh, cheese ships Monday through Wednesday only.

We cannot be held responsible for UPS, USPS, or FedEx delays. When provided by those services, we send a tracking number with each order to help you assess when your goodies should arrive.

We currently do not ship outside of the USA.

All products ship from Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
