I dreamed last night that I was hosting a party, wearing a beautiful kaftan and sipping on a Limoncello Martini.
My dream was cut short by my puppy Ruby but not the possibility to enjoy a tart and delicious Limoncello Martini, not matter what the weather is outside. Even this Bourbon loving girl likes to mix it up every know and then.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces gin, my favorite is Castle and Key Gin is my favorite
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce sweet white vermouth
1/2 ounce Limoncello
Lemon wheel
Ice
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, gin, simple syrup, sweet white vermouth and limoncello.
- Shake until chilled and strain into your favorite glass. Cheers
Serve with In the Curious Kitchen Pimento Cheese and crackers for the perfect happy hour combination
Yields: 1 cocktail
Serving Suggestion: Serve in your favorite glass Martini or Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon
