Strongwater employs an old-world style of extraction — all of our herbs, botanicals, and roots are steeped in alcohol for between 4 and 6 weeks. This ensures our flavors are front and center. Once ready for you to enjoy, we only use glass dasher bottles to prevent any alcohol from evaporating and the bitters from losing their potency.
