Bourbon Iced Tea
Iced Tea is my drink of choice so why not add my favorite Kentucky spirit for a perfect cocktail when entertaining friends. The limoncello adds the familiar, fresh, lemon flavor but with a twist. Invite friends over for a Southern Happy Hour! Serve the Bourbon Iced Tea with a generous serving of Pecan Cheese Wafers and Party Meatballs.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces bourbon
1/2 ounce limoncello
4 ounces iced tea
Tonic or club soda to top off tea
DIRECTIONS
Fill glass with ice, add in Kentucky bourbon and limoncello, stir to combine. Top with tonic or club soda.
Garnish with lemon wedge and mint sprig. Cheers!
Yield: 1 cocktail
