Bourbon Rickey
A twist on a classic cocktail. This recipe is a twist on a classic gin cocktail, equally delicious but with a taste of the Bluegrass. Serve in an ice filled glass, sit on your front porch with friends and raise a glass to summer. Pairs perfectly along with my Summer Squash Pizza.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces bourbon
1/2 a lime cut into 3 wedges and more for garnish
Lime flavored sparkling water
DIRECTIONS
Fill glass with ice, squeeze each wedge of lime in the the glass, add in the wedges, bourbon and top off with lime flavored sparkling water.
Stir to combine. Garnish with lime wedges as wanted. Cheers!
