Country Ham Pate

A family favorite using Kentucky Country Ham. This is an elevated recipe of ham salad, best served on homemade Buttermilk Biscuits.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound cooked Kentucky Country Ham

1/2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoon butter, room temperature

DIRECTIONS

  1. In food processor grind ham, add in mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Blend until combined.

  2. Chill until ready to serve.

Yields: 1.5 cups

Serve in a bowl along with crackers, cornichons and dijon. Add to your cheese board for extra goodness.
