INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound cooked Kentucky Country Ham

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons butter, room temperature

DIRECTIONS

  1. In food processor grind ham, add in mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Blend until combined.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.

Prep time: 10 minutes, plus chilling

Yield: 1.5 cups (serves 8-10)

Serve in a bowl alongside crackers, cornichons and Dijon mustard. Add to your cheese board for extra goodness, or spread on Buttermilk Biscuits for an authentic Southern bite. This also makes wonderful tea sandwiches or can be served with crostini for elegant entertaining.
