Hot summer days or nights always call for a refreshing cocktail.
Fresh blueberries, lemon slices, and my favorite vodka Castle and Key create the perfect combination. The beautiful color of this drink is created by the crushed blueberries. Add a fresh sprig of rosemary for a surprising and intoxicating fragrance with each and every sip.

INGREDIENTS
8 blueberries
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Tonic or soda water
Lemon slices, for garnish
Sprig of rosemary, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Pour simple syrup, lemon, and blueberries in the bottom of a glass. Muddle lightly to release the blueberry juices.
- Add vodka and stir until blended. Fill glass with ice and top off with tonic water.
- Garnish with lemon slices and a rosemary sprig.
Yield: 1 cocktail
