Taking elements from my favorite brunch beverage and creating a refreshing twist using vine ripe tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers and a spicy rim. Cheers.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Tomato Water
Sparkling Water
Cucumber spears
2 Tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
Lime wedges
DIRECTIONS
- Rim the edge of glass with lime. Place 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning roll lime rimmed glass into seasoning.
- Fill glass with ice, pour tomato water into glass and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with cucumber spear.
Yield: 1 cocktail
