Easy Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs Recipe

The Deviled Egg is a perfect appetizer! Stir in our Pimento Cheese for an elevated Southern twist. The pimento cheese adds extra creaminess and bold flavor to classic deviled eggs. A simple and easy small bite to make for family and friends for your next holiday dinner, Derby party, Easter brunch, cocktail party, or enjoy a couple for a perfect lunch.

INGREDIENTS

6 Eggs

1/8 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Pimento Cheese

Kosher salt to taste

Cracked black pepper to taste

Optional garnish: paprika, fresh chives, or bacon bits

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pot of cold water, add eggs, making sure there is enough room in the pot for the eggs to boil. Place lid on pot and turn the heat on to boil. Once the water reaches a roiling boil, turn the heat off and the leave the pot on the burner, with the lid on for 12 minutes.
  2. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Peel eggs, cut each egg in half, remove cooked egg yolk into a bowl and add in mayonnaise and pimento cheese.
  4. Stir until combined, add cracked pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Scoop enough egg mixture to fill empty egg whites.
  6. Arrange on platter and enjoy. Garnish with paprika, chives, or bacon bits if desired.

Yield: 12 deviled egg halves (serves 6)
