Grilled Ham, Swiss and Bourbon Honey Mustard Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp In the Curious Kitchen Bourbon Honey Mustard

½ tbsp mayonnaise, plus more for cooking

2 to 3 slices ham

1 to 2 slices swiss cheese

2 slices sourdough bread, or preferred sandwich bread

1 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Gather your ingredients.  Mix In the Curious Kitchen Bourbon Honey Mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

2. Spread mustard mixture onto one side of both pieces of bread. Layer ham and cheese. Close sandwich. Mayonnaise or butter outside of sandwich bread.

3. Heat frying pan on medium heat with butter. Sear both sides until golden and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and enjoy!
