Rhubarb Bourbon Sour

When you think of rhubarb I always think of pie but this recipe marries a favorite summer treat with my favorite spirit, bourbon. Enjoy this refreshing cocktail on the back porch or around your fire pit with friends. Serve with a platter full of Spiced Pecans and Tomato Jam with Herbed Cheese Crostini.

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Kentucky Bourbon

1 ounce Rhubarb Simple Syrup

3/4 ounce lemon juice

Lemon wheel for garnish
